Email Subject Line Test
The Problem: Optimize open rates for HTC's flagship product - nicknamed HIMA.
The Process: I wrote a series of subject lines for product announcements, and tested the global email program against regional email programs.
The Solution: The global emails outperformed the baseline (regional emails) with open rates increasing by 600%. Option 4 outperformed all others. The findings from this test drove the company's global email program and CRM efforts across 54 different countries.
